When you flip this Effect Monster, flip one face-down Defence Position Monster Card on your opponent's side of the field face-up. If the flipped card is an Effect Monster Card, immediately destroy it without activating it's effect. If the card is not an Effect Monster Card return it to it's original position.

Effect Monsters are brought to the field with a Normal Summons or Set, but they contain additional special magical powers that are described on each card. There are a number of different types including Flip, Continuous, Cost, Trigger and Multi trigger. The effect is applied towards the end of the Battle Phase, after Damage has been calculated.
