| **YUGIOH SINGLE CARD POLICY ANNOUNCEMENTS** Following the announcement from Upper Deck in 2004 (see below if you haven't seen it already), we introduced a new single card policy that we hope will benefit our customers by removing delays if specific cards occasionally temporarily go out of stock.
If you order an unlimited version of a card, if we do not have the edition that you ordered in stock (i.e. American or European) we will ship the other version at the same price. This supplements our existing policy of shipping 1st edition cards if you have ordered an unlimited card that is not in stock at the time. Naturally we will always try to ship the exact card you have ordered
We appreciate that you may not wish us to do this if, say, you are trying to complete a specific collection or you just want all your cards to be the same. In this case, please request in the third description field (comments on the site one) during check out that we do not make substitutions and we will make sure that we deliver exactly the cards you have ordered.
Please also use this field if there is a specific deadline for your order (Tournament, Birthday etc) just in case you have asked for a card that needs to get hold of quickly.

Weesp - NL, May 6th 2004 - Effective immediately: English language Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME cards are no longer exclusive to any specific territory for official tournament play. Both the U.S.-English and European-English versions of Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG products are legal for sanctioned tournaments in Europe. Japanese, Korean and Asian-English Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG cards are still prohibited for any territory other than Japan, Korea and Asia.
French, German, Italian and Spanish language Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG cards are tournament legal across Europe.
The following Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG products are now tournament legal for Europe :
- Yugi/Kaiba Starter Decks
- Joey/Pegasus Starter Decks
- Yugi/Kaiba Evolution Starter Decks
- Legend of Blue-Eyes White Dragon Boosters
