This card remains one of the most powerful Magic / Spell Cards in the game. Surprisingly it is not yet limited in official tournaments. 'When Sangan, Witch of the Black Forest, Giant Rat, etc., equipped with this card, is sent to the Graveyard, the controller of these cards can choose which effect will be used first.
