Invitation to a Dark Sleep

When this effect card is summoned (excluding Special Summoned) select one of your opponent's Monsters. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the selected Monster cannot attack.

Effect Monsters are brought to the field with a Normal Summons or Set, but they contain additional special magical powers that are described on each card. There are a number of different types including Flip, Continuous, Cost, Trigger and Multi trigger. The effect is applied towards the end of the Battle Phase, after Damage has been calculated.
