Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change that target to face-down Defense Position, then you can return a Field Spell Card(s) on the field to the hand.

Target 3 Level 2 or lower Normal Monsters in your Graveyard; Special Summon them from the Graveyard.

Each player draws 1 card, and neither player takes damage until the end of the opponent's next turn.
