Offer this effect Monster as a Tribute during your Standby Phase if the card is face-up, in order to destroy two face-up Monsters with an ATK of 1,000 or less.

Effect Monsters are brought to the field with a Normal Summons or Set, but they contain additional special magical powers that are described on each card. There are a number of different types including Flip, Continuous, Cost, Trigger and Multi trigger. The effect is applied towards the end of the Battle Phase, after Damage has been calculated.
