When this effect card is face-up on the field and control shifts to your opponent, you gain 3,000 Life Points. This effect can only be used once as long as this card remains face-up on the field. Useful for dealing with Change of Heart and also Invader of the Throne.

Effect Monsters are brought to the field with a Normal Summons or Set, but they contain additional special magical powers that are described on each card. There are a number of different types including Flip, Continuous, Cost, Trigger and Multi trigger. The effect is applied towards the end of the Battle Phase, after Damage has been calculated.
