When this effect card is sent directly form your hand to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect, inflict 1,000 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. This card deals effectively with discard cards such as White Magical Hat.

Effect Monsters are brought to the field with a Normal Summons or Set, but they contain additional special magical powers that are described on each card. There are a number of different types including Flip, Continuous, Cost, Trigger and Multi trigger. The effect is applied towards the end of the Battle Phase, after Damage has been calculated.
