You can Tribute 1 other Dream Mirror monster; choose 1 Dream Mirror monster with a different Level from that monster in your Deck, add 1 Dream Mirror of Joy or Dream Mirror of Terror from your Deck to your hand (whichever is specifically listed in the chosen monster's text), and if you do, Special Summon the chosen monster in Defense Position. You can only use each effect of Neiroy, the Dream Mirror Traitor once per turn.
