As long as this Spellcaster-type effect card remains face-up on the field, increase the ATK of all DARK Monsters by 500 points and decrease the ATK of all LIGHT Monsters by 400 points.

Effect Monsters are brought to the field with a Normal Summons or Set, but they contain additional special magical powers that are described on each card. There are a number of different types including Flip, Continuous, Cost, Trigger and Multi trigger. The effect is applied towards the end of the Battle Phase, after Damage has been calculated.
